The New Ideal

After the war, cities were carved from bomb craters. People did not know who started the war, only that we were to blame, not our enemies. Poverty and disenfranchisement built on lies and thievery to enslave the governed for the governors. Modern feudalism. The internet bestowed truth upon the people and they fought back by co-opting an army of androids. The people won at great cost and replaced the rich rulers with unbiased droids. It turns out, even androids have a bias. Humanity wanted power back. The androids refused and wiped out humanity. The death of humanity was recorded.
