Just outside a Screwfix shop in a certain high street is the perfect place to watch an air ambulance landing after a long time apparently hesitating, then seeming to slowly nod to itself as if to say yes I will land here, or to later watch it taking off from it's pad , placed of necessity and with accidental theatricality just above the streets. But the air remains for the moment unshaken by rotor blades, the blue of the sky unbroken by any red damsel fly reminding conveyance. So I turn and enter the shop to collect my carpet tiles.

Terrific, Jamie... I'm there watching it! from now on I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for red damsel flies... just in case they're air ambulances in disguise! A terrific drabble sir!
