Was he hearing a Nightingale? Something in the sound made him try to pick out words, even sentences in the song that was not really a song but whenever his ears seemed about to catch something word shaped, it changed into another nightingale with notes for feathers and flew away. Had he instead troubled to strain his ears at the human voice, he might have heard it say 'Morgan. what's with that pretending no time has passed on our side of the door. Why don't you just tell him, (I will if he comes again} that he needs a tie?'
