On a flower leaving flight
Someones; world is tongued away
As one hour the tonguers' might
Be beaked or bitten
Such an hour is not today
When I happen on the sight
Of this jewel encrusted grey
Green jumper sitting
A Toad of stone
Sat alone
Portal eyes
Gold sunrise
Hinted from their other side
Hues begin
Reflected in
Cloud hailed lakes
Our eye takes
For a murky garden pond
With stony grace
Own hiding place
He becomes
Till rain dream drums
This more than rock
To unlock
His not quite dream
Leaving which he leaps
And leaps
And lives
