To your right, an Inn spilling citrus hinting light and people into the rainy dark. To your Left, a sheep guarding wall. Danger trained eyes in the verdant slippery blackness ahead watch a crossing island with you and a broken clock in its' centre, struggling to tell other times. That's nothing, the woods seem to say, we have stories transcending millennia. You feel a woolly pressure against your leg then eye contact is made. You look over to the wall.'When did you get here from behind there?' That's just what a swearing mustard lit speaker wants to know, and he's coming over.

Talk about creating an atmosphere... I’m there and feeling rather scared! I love the broken clock struggling to tell other times; what a fantastic concept. I know I’m going to have to read it over and over to understand it fully, but what an engaging piece Jamie.

Another fascinating read that I'm struggling to comprehend. I suspect it's written in such a way that we all draw our own conclusions based on our own life experiences.
Very thought-provoking, Jamie.

Thanks Christopher :-)The conclusions people draw might be more interesting than what I was thinking about when I wrote it ! :-) :-)
