Toms' Mirror shades reflected a slightly pinker sunset than the one the wind seemed determined to prevent Katy from sketching. What she had managed so far looked anyway more like a sunrise to Tom, and he had said so, conceding half heartedly, that 'It is more optimistic, I suppose.'
' But wait a minute Thomas, my old partner in nothing, How can you possibly tell the difference anyway?' Going by his eyes as he removed his shades, you'd think it was under a grey sunset that Tom said:'Sweetheart, I've no idea, you're the one subtly conveying it with your pastels.'
