The Marshmallow Man

Nobody seen him as anything more than a puffy, fluffy, white blob at first. The marshmallow man arrived, from where, who knows?

The world was fascinated in the beginning. TV, newspapers, twitter, everybody was talking about the marshmallow man. He was funny and cute, he managed to be interesting without substance. The best thing about him, was that he seemed harmless.

The jokes were innocent jibes, at parents worldwide, or so they thought.

Children everywhere began leaning on his every word, as if in a trance when he spoke.

The marshmallow man and his following of children, took it all.
