An Unclear Warning

For the past three nights my son had been suffering with bad night terrors so i decided to take him into bed with me, only, now he keeps waking at 3/4 am, sits up and just points at the corner, oblivious to my presence.

I set up a camera to try and see if there is something there. The next day i watch and see it, a figure. I clear up the video to reveal myself, only older. Stunned i carry on watching and notice his/my lips moving. I fix the audio, only to hear ''Don't do it'' being screamed.
