Jack loves the disused railway line. It is a safe place to “share with care”. Joggers, walkers, cyclists. Ting, ting. “Thank you”.
The key thing, is to get an idea of what you are dealing with at the earliest opportunity. Keep an eye out, make sure you see them, before they see you. You can tell so much from their body language. Are they timid, lacking confidence, distracted? Or are they alert, maybe even prone to aggression? The sooner you know, the better.
The coast is clear. Jack looks up to his owner.
“OK, Jack.” she says unclipping his lead.
