January
I won't miss you.

The morning we met,
I was out the night before.
and wasn't at my best.

Monday, you woke early
Having kept me up.
I drove to work
You pushed a tree in my way.
Then distracted me.
I crashed the car.

You kept expenses and email.
Gave me a parking ticket.
I complained.
You turned cold.

At the gym
You hurt my hip and thumb.
Broke my website, boiler and heating,
Burst pipes, flooding my home.
Broke watch and phone.
Stole my wallet
Hiding my bag.

January, I'm not waving.
Next year then?
No thanks.
